Lady and the Tramp (1955)
Jim Dear and Darling live the perfect upper class life. With the newest addition of Lady, their pedigree cocker spaniel, the family is almost complete. Lady lives the perfect life style—pampered by both parents on a daily basis. Things take a turn for the worse when an even newer addition is brought into the family: a baby. Not knowing what a baby is or what it means, Lady turns to her two friends, Jock, a Scottish terrier, and Trusty, a hound.
When Aunt Sarah comes to babysit for Jim Dear and Darling, she brings along her two mischievous Siamese cats who are out to get Lady. While the cats make Lady look like a vicious dog, Aunt Sarah muzzles Lady and makes her live outside, leaving her feeling upset and alone. Eventually, Lady turns to Tramp, a mutt she once met who lives a carefree life running away from dogcatchers. Known as a “ladies’ man” and a resourceful dog, Tramp soon falls for Lady but it is not known if two opposites really can attract.
